At Sand + Fog, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fragrance and decor purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and unopened products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring candles and glass items are securely padded to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
